Computers are fabulous machines when they work. However, most PC's always seem to go wrong when you really need them, and when they do, you have to run around looking for a PC repair company that can come out and repair your computer. At Cornerstone Technologies, we understand that for most users, getting your computer back up and running quickly is crucial to business & some home users. We will do our best to resolve the problem but if for any reason the problem can't be repaired quickly, we will take steps to ensure we retrieve any important information.
Our normal call out costs are £30.00 dependant on location and includes 1 hour of labour to try and bring your PC back up & running. If for any reason we can't get your pc up and running quickly, we will arrange to take it back to base, repair it and then drop it back off. Before we go ahead with any repair we will ensure we get authorisation from yourselves.

We all know that many businesses are relying on computers on a more regular basis to input orders, keep control of stock and many other daily tasks. Therefore, if a computer fails it costs money not only to repair it but also in downtime, especially if the information is on the failed computer.
With our PC failure prevention techniques we can ensure your PC keeps running. Our PC failure prevention techniques is just simply monthly maintenance and specialised software used to alert us to any problems before you know it, which means one of our engineers will call round on a monthly basis and maintain your computer systems to ensure they last longer. Computers will fail at some point, but you can prolong your systems life span by maintaining it on a monthly basis. Below are prices of our monthly contracts which will provide you with peace of mind. Also because we are looking after your PC's on a monthly basis, we will be able to ensure any hardware failures are spotted before they fail. However if they are not, we also cover you if they do. So what this means is that as long as you keep your monthly support contract with us, if your PC does ever fail un expectantly, we will repair the PC labour free and the only cost to you will be any hardware that requires replacing.
